Monthly or Weekly “Check In” Services: We’ll drop by your property and do an exterior, interior, or interior/exterior check in to make sure that there is no damage, no leaks, the water’s running and all is right with the home.

Pre or Post-Storm Check In Service: If a storm is brewing on Galiano and you’re worried about your property, we can help! In the event of freezing or ice, water lines need to be drained, hoses undone from the house, and sensitive shrubs should be wrapped in burlap. We can also check in after a storm or snowfall to ensure that no trees have fallen on the property and that there are no windows broken or other damage. Rest easy, we’ll take care of it.
